Menstrual Irregularities

-Irregular periods: Periods usually last from 4 to 8 days, they average number of days is somewhat around 5 days. An average menstrual cycle is considered to be every 28 days but, regular cycles that are longer or shorter than this for example 23 to 35 days are also normal. Irregular periods are a common problem during puberty and just before the menopause.
