Dr. Shweta Bansal Wazir, MBBS, DGO, MD (Obs & Gyn), MRCOG (UK) is a highly respected Obstetrician & Gynecologist with over two decades of experience in women's healthcare. Known for her compassionate approach, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care, she is dedicated to helping women achieve better health at every stage of life.
After completing her MBBS from R.G. Kar Medical College, Kolkata, she pursued advanced training in Obstetrics and Gynecology, earning her DGO and MD qualifications. To further enhance her expertise, she gained valuable international experience as a Specialist Registrar at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Newcastle, UK, where she worked in specialized areas including high-risk pregnancy, early pregnancy care, colposcopy, menopause, oncology, laparoscopy, and hysteroscopy.
She completed her specialist training at Calcutta (DGO-2003) & at Pt. JNM medical college Raipur (MD-2006). She started practice in Kolkata in 2007. Furthermore, to improvise her professional skills, she went to England, where she worked as a specialist registrar at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Newcastle, UK for six months. Besides doing routine obstetrics and gynecology,she got the opportunity to work in specialised clinics such as high-risk pregnancy, early pregnancy, colposcopy, menopause, oncology, laparoscopy & hysteroscopy.
